Reporting Product Claims
Customers are required to report any product claims within 24 hours of receiving the product. To process the claim, customers need to share pictures and videos of the issue along with a picture of the FourAttire.com invoice.
Damaged Products
For damaged products, customers must report the issue to FourAttire.com within 1 hour of delivery or at the time of delivery (for Karachi only). Once reported, the claims department will respond to the customer within 2-3 working days.
Wrong Product Delivery
In the event of receiving the wrong product, customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery. To expedite the exchange process, customers should send pictures and videos of the products via email to sales@fourattire.com.
Claims Investigation and Replacement
All claims will undergo a thorough investigation by our quality control team. Valid claims will be eligible for a replacement. However, if the product is no longer available for replacement, the customer’s payment will be refunded.
Payment Returns
Customers are not eligible for payment returns; instead, valid claims will be processed for replacement or refund, as specified in the previous point.

Change of Mind
FourAttire.com does not entertain claims based on a change of mind regarding the product. Please carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.
Recommendation
To ensure transparency and verification of the delivery condition, we recommend customers create a video of the product unboxing. This video can serve as evidence that the product was delivered in the specified condition.
